A database is a structured, organized set of data. In computing terminology a database refers to a software used to store and organize data. Think of it as a file cabinet where you store data in different sections called tables.
The Four types of Databases objects are made up of several components which are tables, Forms, Queries, and report.
Databases mainly consist of sets of related tables, which house data, all centered on a central topic or purpose. For instance an Accounting database would house tables all related to storing and processing account transactions.
